Perry Group was founded in 2017. We’re a remote-first company based in Mississauga, Ontario and provide services virtually across Canada.

Mission, vision and values

Perry Group was founded to help municipalities maximize opportunities to use technology in transformative ways. This includes:

  • improving employee productivity

  • delivering services designed around customers

  • optimizing cost effectiveness

Our mission is to help our municipal clients be better organizations.

  • We focus on municipalities (and municipal adjacent functions) - we don’t typically work in other sectors.

    By focusing - we aim to go narrow and deep. We want to be a full service firm that provides a full-suite of technology and digital advisory, and strategy services to municipalities. Increasingly we are focusing upon Service Modernization.

    We know that transformation is hard: We help municipalities on their journey to success.

Company history

Perry Group Consulting Ltd. has been in operation since 2017.

The company was spun out of a previous consultancy, Prior & Prior Associates. The current principal of Perry Group Consulting Ltd, Ben Perry, worked with Prior & Prior for 10 years previously, leading the IT practice.

As part of a long-planned succession, Prior & Prior transitioned the team responsible for IT consulting into the new company known as Perry Group.
