Fall 2021 - Projects Roundup

The Perry Group team has been firing on all cylinders for all of 2021 working on a large variety of projects. We thought we would provide a quick update on just some of the projects that we have been and are working on.

We are working with Adelaide and Metcalf on a Planning, Drainage and Information Management service review. We are working with Brock, Scugog, and Seguin on IT Service Delivery Reviews.

We recently completed work with the Region of Halton on a Digital Strategy, and are finishing up work on a Digital Architecture initiative to help them design their digital service platform.

We conducted a review of IT at Caledon Library and have been working on IT strategy projects in North Battleford and Central Huron.

We continue to work with various municipalities, including Fort Erie, Ajax and Whitby, on BCP and DR planning, and on cyber security incident planning.

Our teams are working with partners on an IT and GIS Strategic Plan with Perth County.

We are currently working on Digital Strategy’s with Renfrew County and with Tecumseh. Work with Thunder Bay on their Digital Strategy is coming near to a close.

We have also recently completed a large project with York Region, looking at the future of digital planning in York Region.
